This conversion includes all possible compatible information that can be transferred, including client, pets, vets, and reservations from any software, including Excel spreadsheet in-house systems. It depends on the software you are currently using.

Logo Adjustment ..........................................................................................................

This service requires an existing digital logo (we don't design logos for companies that do not have one). We will format your existing to optimally fit our size requirements. This service is offered for convenience; however, our documentation guides have all the necessary requirements to adjust an existing logo on your own (graphics sofwtare required), or by a graphic designer.

Shipping Policies

The cost for shipping is based upon your order and location. Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays. If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days.

Hardware Product Returns and Refunds Policies

You may return new and unopened hardware items sold and fulfilled by K9 Bytes within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging, otherwise there will be a 20% restocking fee. K9 Bytes does not accept returns of software orders. All software sales are final. Before purchasing, please take advantage of our fully functional 30-day demos to ensure software products will meet your needs without the need to purchase.
