Reservations
Multiple bookings for same pet or different pets in same family.
Receptionists can only choose from available classes; thus, minimizing the chance of user error.
Save owner's instructions with each reservation.
Trainers
Set as many members of your staff to be trainers. Trainers can be in charge of training sessions or group classes. Trainers can also be scheduled for days off just like groomers using our employee management features.
Trainers have access to each pet's complete training history.
Trainers can print roster reports, with all training classes within a range of dates, with payment, customer, and pet information.
Training Classes and Groups
Capability to manage an unlimited amount of individual sessions or group classes for years in advance. Classes have a rate and a maximum number of pets that they can be booked for.
Extra training options can be specified for each training group. These options can be used as special services that could (or might not) represent extra charges; for example, a kennel offers individual training sessions on Wednesdays, and the trainer can focus on Sit-Stay, Down-Stay, Recall, etc.
Capability to specify group classes' book-ability. For example, let's say a group training class runs every Monday for 3 months, but a pet can only register before the third class.
Print training certificates upon completion of certain classes.
Specify a hierarchy of training classes, and use it to market to your customers. For example, send a postcard or email to all dogs that have completed the Class "Obedience 1," and let them know that "Obedience 2" sign ups are available next week.
