Daycare Groups

Set up unlimited daycare groups with individual rates and limits. Daycare charges can be set up as global (a standard fee per day for daycare), per group (for example, the backyard group costs $18/day, the VIP group $25/day, etc), or a combination of the two. You can also charge per hour of daycare.

Daycare Packages

Packages are very convenient for serious daycare business since customers often would like to pay in advance for multiple visits. Pet care facilities also use packages to offer special bundle deals that include several visits for a better rate. You can set up as many packages as you want in your inventory system. Customers can buy and pay for daycare packages through the Point of Sale and charge them to their account to pay at check out or on a later day. Each package is stored in the system with the customer's file and automatically applied for daycare visits. Packages can be set up to expire after a fixed number of days, or after so many uses. Packages can also be set for full days or half-days.
