 Clients and Pets
K9 Koordinator is one of the few programs available to the pet care industry that takes advantage of the convenience of displaying the client information in the same screen as the pet's information. The dual-view of the client and the pet allows easy and convenient access, without having to deal with never-ending flipping back and forth to get a comprehensive view of the entire profile.
Invoice
Invoices are generated automatically as soon as a pet is checking out. Also, invoices can be previewed right from the client and pet profile when a reservation is already in the system. You can give an estimate invoice to your client (even those with multiple pets) with one click.
Pet Selection
Select pets visually. Most systems will force you to keep clicking next to access another pet for one client. A rescue organization might be a client with dozens of pets.
Boarding Reservation
Book reservations years in advance with the click of a button, even for multiple pet families in one single step!
Client Pet Search
