Once you make a reservation, your information is remembered in the K9 Konnect. Re-booking at a later date then becomes quick and easy. If you have multiple stores or ever expand, your clients can use the same account for all locations.

Your customers can fill personal information accurately, minimizing employee data entry.
Your customers can fill information about their pets and vets. (Note: customers can be blocked from editing or adding vaccine information).
Reservation Booking: Acceptance and Rejection
You can manage online vacancy numbers (capability) for different types of runs, i.e. you define the number of online reservations you can accept (vacancy) for each run and each date. Customers can book reservations on their own based on those vacancies. You can also manually key-in reservations for over-the-phone bookings. Customers will receive an email confirmation within seconds. Email confirmations replaces the complex preparation and guest correspondance via e-mail, fax, or mail. The text for the automatically accepted, rejected, and processing email confirmations can be customized.
There are two basic reservation acceptance modes:
Automatic reservation acceptance: if there is a vacancy the customer will automatically receive a confirmation email.
Manual reservation acceptance: if there is a vacancy the customer will automatically receive saying their reservation is waiting for approval.

Automatic rejection: if there is no vacancy for the requested run type, the customer will automatically receive a rejection email.
Manual reservation rejection: if there is no vacancy for the requested run type, the customer will automatically receive an email saying their reservation is waiting for approval.

Q. Does K9 Konnect integrates with the K9 Koordinator?
A. Yes. If needed (however not required), the system can integrate with the K9 Koordinator management system. Customer, pet, and reservation information can be downloaded directly from the K9 Konnect to your K9 Koordinator.

Q. Can I customize the look/appearance (user interface) of the K9 Konnect?
A. No. You can only customize your business information (display name, slogan, contact information, etc). However, you can pay to have the picture displayed in the K9 Konnect’s login screen customized. We only accept JPEG files, 430px by 430px, smaller than 100 KB. The one time setup and storage fee for custom pictures is $100.
Q. Do you offer custom programming services for the K9 Konnect?
A. No. Our custom programming services are only available for our K9 Koordinator system.
Q. Will K9 Bytes reveal or resell customer information?
A. Absolutely not. K9 Bytes respects your privacy. We will not give out or sell email addresses, reservation information, or personal information collected from website visitors or K9 Bytes customers to third parties.
